RonDsy on "[Plugin: jQuery Notify] Great Idea for a WP plugin -about adding "notify on page update""

I am looking to review for our publication, a WP plugin which will notify registered users of a page update. The user would first have to have subscribed to the page. When the page has been updated and the author clicks on - "send update notification," all who have subscribed will receive an email notice. What do you think?
