css not updating

Hi Alexander,
thank you again for this awesome theme.
I saw that my css is not updating. It was working and I don’t know when it stopped to work. I thought the fault could be of some plugin so tried with another theme and the css is working.
Do you have any suggestions?
This is my CSS.

color: blue;
}
h2{
color: orange;
}
h3{
color: red;
}
