Dear Ian, I have created a staging site and now I’m trying to re-import my docs to the live site (where I made a new Memphis installation). The file is not so big (800Mb) but the page stays loading forever. Is there anything I’m missing, or any tweakings I should do on the server?

confirmation problem

Hi,
I set in the Newsletter plugin in my wordpress web site https://www.fantastic-modelers.fr/
Everything was fine until I got my first subscriber. He never received the confirmation mail even after I re-sent it several times.
All I get when I try to re-sent de confirmation mail is this error :
Warning: array_merge(): Argument #1 is not an array in /home/users3/u/uez5263/www/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/subscription/subscription.php on line 556

What can I do ? I don’t want to go to another plugin, please help me.

error in comments.php

Not sure if this has been brought up already, but just in case.
Issue: If a post or a page has exactly one comment, the comments-title shows “1 Comments” (note the “s” in “Comments”).
Cause:
comments.php Line 28
$count = get_comments_number();
The function get_comments_number() returns a numeric string.
As a result, on Line 30:
if ( 1 === $count ) {
returns false (a type mismatch) and runs the code in } else { (L32-34) instead.
Note: After fixing the type mismtach above, it will return true on Line 30 (as it should). But this time, the following code on Line 31:
esc_html__( 'One Comment', 'block-lite' );
returns a string with a bunch of white-space (not empty, but just with white-space). Maybe on Line 31, it’s supposed to be esc_html_e and not esc_html__ (?).

Actually my friend deleted the file manager data totally, and also the data from the trash.
And henceforth the webpage is showing “Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.”, this type of error. Please suggest me as soon as possible. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the wordpress, but its not working, still its showing “Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.” this error

Спасибо за отзыв, но стоит сделать пояснение, что отзыв Вы написали не о бесплатной версии плагина, а о расширенной. Наш диалог я хорошо помню, да и история переписки в Skype сохранилась. После нашего общения вы оставили этот отзыв (Смотреть).
Давайте разберём всё по пунктам:
1) За точность определения города отвечает не плагин, а сервис геолокации IpGeoBase. Да, этот сервис последние несколько лет не обновляет данные. По этой причине, расширенная версия плагина WT Geotargeting Pro поддерживает сервис геолокации MaxMind с регулярно-обновляемой базой IP-адресов. Вы могли воспользоваться этим сервисом.
2) Вам не понравилась реализация плагина? Вас не кто не заставлял покупать расширенную версию. Плагин WT Geotargeting Pro является набором инструментов для разработчиков сайтов. Есть документация в которой описаны все возможности плагина. Если вы не можете понять как применить данный плагин и настроить тему оформления CMS WordPress – не надо было тратить время и деньги.
3) Плагин абсолютно бесполезен? Если вам не хватает знаний самостоятельно настроить геотаргетинг – конечно модуль будет бесполезен. Замечу, что даже бесплатная версия плагина активирована более чем на 1000 сайтах, значит польза есть.
4) Вы пишите что техподдержка отвратительная? Как вы могли оценить уровень техподдержки плагина WT Geotargeting Pro если вы ею не воспользовались? До покупки плагина вы уже знали что техническая поддержка платная. То есть, покупая плагин вы должны рассчитывать на свои силы или быть готовы оплатить техническую поддержку, если сами не справитесь с настройкой. После покупки, когда вы стали писать что плагин не работает, я вам предложил бесплатно исправить ошибки плагина (если они найдутся). Я так-же Вам написал что если плагин не работает из-зе неправильной настройки, вам необходимо будет оплатить техническую поддержку. Вы стали торговаться и в итоге отказались, написав что разберётесь сами.
По идее этот отзыв вообще можно удалить через модераторов, так как он не имеет отношения к бесплатной версии плагина WT Geotargeting, но пусть останется для полноты картины.
Надеюсь этот ответ прочтут будущие покупатели плагина и будут делать покупки осознанно.
Извиняюсь, что только через год ответил на отзыв.

RSS Podcast feed repeats latest article 5 times

Hi,
This website uses DIVI theme with DIVI builder.
Wordpress version: 5.4
Divi Theme version: 4.4.3 (child theme)
SSP version: 2.0.3
I did the troubleshooting process and nothing worked. I ran SSP with all other plugins disabled and it also didn’t work.
I create articles and post them, then I use the podcast episode details module to add my podcast to the articles that have one.
The repeating article title and description in the RSS feed don’t have a podcast, also the file size of the podcast and the podcast link are different in each repeated title.
Whenever a new post is published, the five repeating titles in the RSS feed change to that latest published article regardless if the article has a podcast or not.

Hi,
I have a problem with there being no data in analytics. I feel like i have tried everything in the book in regards to troubleshooting. I have set it up just as i have done on all other sites. The problem is, i have just got this client, and don’t know if there’s something that could be blocking the plugin.

I can’t turn off visibility in categories.
In the settings, I turned on the option: “Showcase”, but this does not help.
It seems the display selection setting doesn’t work at all.
