Hi Roman,

You’ll see from the above homepage that the Events section should be all white, except there is orange at each side. On Arbitration underneath, it should all be orange but there is white at each side. Are you able to help me rectify this please? It was correct so I’m not sure what has upset it!

Plugin possibly creating lots of CPU usage?

Hi,

During the weekend, we had (and still have) a huge spike in CPU load.
I installed this plugin (along with one other one) on Friday. We have a lot of orders in our database, is it possible Woocommerce is creating/polling/… all the orders every time to see if the invoice or packing slip needs to be updated, or something else?

Mysql errors in working tables during migration

Hello,
just a heads up.
After migrating website which was using this plugin, I got an error while importing tables:

wp_ig_contactmeta
wp_ig_contact_meta

error was:

#1709 – Index column size too large. The maximum column size is 767 bytes.

My provider uses mysql server 5.6.

I had to cut out the tables from the SQL file in order to import all the remaining tables correctly.
Strangely, de-activating and re-activating the plugin did not produce the creation of the tables again.

My site now runs fine, but I just wanted to give this feedback, it’s possible that others run into this problem. I hope that the tables I did not transfer are recreated automatically when needed.

Paying with saved Credit Card Information Fails

Hi,

I passed the testing process using your plugin and reading through some of the support topics poster here.

I am planning on launching in two days when I noticed a big issue with the payment gateway.

When I enter the credit card info using Google Chrome’s saved payment information the credit card number and CVC number are filled automatically but the date remains the same.

I suspect clients will not notice this and the transaction will fail. Anyone has any idea how to fix this?

Issue with Related Products Section + Tabs

The tabs work great, but I’m running into an issue with the “related products” section.
Please check the link provided. “Description”, “Reference Data”, and “Download Section” all work fine and the “Related Products” section is shown below as expected, but the “Compressor Map & Exhaust Flow Chart” section bumps the “Related Products” header text off to the top right of the tab area itself.

Url breadcrumbs not updated to https protocol

Hello guys,
I have one issue with breadcrumbs link on portfolio item pages.

After changed the site protocol form http to https I have a problem with the breadcrumbs url for all the pages related to portfolio page.
All the other links are ok with the https, but portfolio link points to http version.

Is there a way to correct this issue?

Dear Giovanni Di Milia,

as Chris Burns already pointed out your great plugin does no longer work due to the changed API. Unfortunately, Chris’ fix reported in the topic he opened does not solve our problem because we do not query existing libraries but search for certain authors, years, and so on. I’ve looked into the code of the plugin and I guess it has to be rewritten in most parts.

Since I have an ADS token to query the new API, I’m currently investigating the time needed to write a new plugin. Of course, instead of submitting a new plugin to wordpress I could try to fix/update your plugin. If you agree feel free to add me as developer.

Reliable ans trusted plugin that work on most server configurations. Lots of options and good documentation. Great work ! Would only prefer to see slightly cheaper plans or offers for personal sites (premium version).

My ‘visual edditor’ tab is not working, I have tried all the known fixes, an then in Developer console there is this one:
